Information for Members

Located next to the Stanthorpe RSL Services Club in our own premises, the Stanthorpe RSL Sub Branch is a charitable organisation committed to supporting serving and ex-serving members of the Australian Defence Force and their families.

The purpose of the Stanthorpe RSL Sub Branch is to honour the fallen, reach out to veteran’s young and old, provide information, welfare and support, and to notify veteran’s and their families of upcoming events.

A members and family BBQ is held every 3 months in Stanthorpe.

Sub Branch History

The benefit of membership is to continue the camaraderie of service life after transition from the ADF, and help in providing support to veterans, members of the ADF, and their families.

Any person who has served in or supported the ADF or the armed forces of its allies for a minimum of 6 months, either as a regular or reservist, is eligible to join the RSL.

An application form can be obtained from the RSL Services Club, or by emailing the sub branch on
secretary@stanthorperslsubbranch.org.

The Sub-Branch committee meets monthly at the Sub-Branch house.
